Artist's notes and comments' This Original Oil Painting was planned over a period of more than 10 years and when inspired by a picture in a magazine it took Ken another 12 months of intense work to produce this masterpiece of a young lady sunning herself at the waters edge. The pearl jewellery was included because it looked good on the woman and help give her an appropriate name it also cemented the water theme in the painting as pearls are created in water. The inner depth of the original work cannot be captured in a photograph and the images pictured here don't do the original justice, it is truly an exceptional painting one that has to seen to be appreciated.
The painting is not being offered for sale to the general public at this time nor may it ever be, most people don't appreciate the time and effort that goes into creating such a work nor do they realize how rare a painting of this quality is. Enquiries by those who can appreciate this magnificent painting will be handled on an individual basis. There is no fixed price for this painting but a minimum reserve has been set by the artist.
